Responsibilities of the HR Assistant Role:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and employee files
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries
- Help coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and support recruitment efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Assistant Role:
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
