Hours:  8am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate:  $21.75/Hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
  Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience or associate's degree and five (5) years recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems, including ATS and candidate management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Advanced computer skills including Excel (i.e. macros) and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
JOB DESCRIPTION: Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless execution, and driving efficiency across the organization. This role requires an understanding of recruitment operations, data analysis, and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to help manage, execute, and optimize the recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient talent acquisition. Utilize tools and resources to solution TA process challenges and issues. This includes but is not limited to the areas of interview scheduling, candidate travel, relocation, Post Government Employment (PGE), and all other general TA processes.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment-related projects, such as process improvements, system implementations, and training initiatives.
  • Provide technical support for recruitment systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate management tools, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to talent acquisition.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, provide support, and drive talent acquisition strategies.
  •  Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop solutions, and implement changes to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILLS PREFERRED: Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, HRCI, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms, such as BrassRing, Phenom, Oracle or PeopleSoft.
