Position Overview
The Administrative HR Clerk performs Human Resources reception duties, maintains personnel files and assists the Human Resources Department with projects as well as providing all other HR Services to company employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct all phone calls to appropriate parties
Greet and help current employees/visitors/applicants
All filing for personnel to meet company policies (i.e. retention policy)
Check call in and complete report
Data entry - add new employee information, review, and update New Hire paperwork
Add, modify and distribute company ID badges to employees and/or visitors
Perform assigned onboarding and offboarding tasks as assigned
Keep track of interviews, offers, and starting dates
Help with Job Fairs - flyers, signs, and planning
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
Back-up Duties:
Interviews schedule and follow up with applicants for interviews
Badges complete new hire badges from start to finish
New Hires Orientation and Onboarding
Hiring events
Experience & Skills Required:
Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.
Experience with MS Office products required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3-5 administrative experience preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Education
High School Diploma
