Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining records and documents.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for HR-related meetings and events.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR managers as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information at all times.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Profile
A successful HR Admin Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role within the healthcare industry.

Job Offer
