Housekeeping Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
• Change linens and towels and restock all guest amenities.
• Dispose of trash and replace trash bags.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to management.
• Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks on an as-needed basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies is necessary.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning standards and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
