Job Information:

Housekeepers. 10 temporary/full-time positions with Lexmar Hospitality, LLC DBA Hampton Inn from 4/1/2026 - 12/31/2026.

Clean rooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and other work areas.  Performs any of the following tasks to maintain premises in clean/orderly manner:  Clean rugs, carpets and/or draperies.  Empty wastebaskets, sweep, mop, dust and polish.  Sorts linens, makes beds, collects soiled linens, replenish supplies.  Entry level position; requires supervision.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Must be available to work all shifts: 7AM-3PM; 8AM-4PM; 9AM-5PM; 11PM-7AM.

On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.

Employer pays in advance or reimburses workers in the first workweek for all government-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees). For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commuting distance), employer reimburses inbound travel costs at the 50% point in the contract (unless paid in advance). Inbound travel includes transportation costs from worker’s permanent residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal subsistence (based on rates required by law, currently $16.28 per day minimum or $68.00 per day maximum for workers with acceptable receipts), and reasonable lodging costs, if applicable. Travel reimbursements based on least-cost common carrier rate. Employer provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of the contract period or early dismissal, except where the worker has subsequent employment.

Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total contract period, beginning with the worker’s first workday and ending on the contract end date or any extension thereof. Employer may count all hours worked, as well as any hours offered within the standard work schedule that a worker chooses to not work, up to the maximum number of daily hours on the job order.

Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or the full three-fourths period guarantee described above.

Employer provides without charge all tools, supplies and equipment (incl. uniforms, if applicable) necessary to perform duties assigned. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging.

JOB LOCATION:

800 Station Dr, Dupont, WA 98327, 600 Station Dr, Dupont, WA 98327, 415 Capital Way N, Olympia, WA 98501 and 18220 International Blvd Seattle, WA 98188  in King, Pierce and Thurston counties.

Employer provides incidental transportation between worksites as necessary. Employer offers free daily transportation to/from worksite from designated pick-up location. Use of transportation is voluntary.

WAGE INFORMATION:

Wage rate is no less than $20.95 per Hour. Overtime hours vary at:  $31.43 per Hour. 

Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi-weekly. Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard work schedule is from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Employer will offer 35 hours per week. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.

The Employer will provide sick leave to employees. The employee will accrue paid sick leave at a minimum rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.  Employees are entitled to use accrued paid sick leave beginning on the 90th calendar day after the start of their employment, and sick leave will be paid at the employee’s normal hourly rate.  Unused paid sick leave of 40 hours or less will be carried over to the following year for those workers returning to employment with the employer.

The employer will deduct a portion of worker’s compensation premium from workers’ pay as specified in Washington law at RCW 51.61.140.  The employer will withhold from the employee’s wages the maximum amount for the portion of employee premium required under WA State RCW 50A.04, Paid Family and Medical Leave Program.

Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions.  Voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following:  Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD).     Uniform provided at no cost. Employer may deduct cost for lost/damaged uniforms resulting from worker negligence, or voluntary purchase of additional uniforms for worker's benefit.
