Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  

• Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with reservations and inquiries
  

• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate accurate wait times
  

• Ensure smooth guest flow and support the service team
  

• Provide menus and introduce the dining experience to guests
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
  

• Strong phone communication skills
  

• Interest in Japanese cuisine or culture
  

• Ability to communicate in English
