About Us

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Host / Hostess to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a structured, part-time position within a high-level hospitality environment particularly those with daytime careers who enjoy working evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a high-volume reservation system (150+ guests) with accuracy and efficiency
  

• Answer phones and handle reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests professionally
  

• Coordinate seating to maintain an efficient flow of service and optimal guest experience
  

• Ensure all guest-facing information in the reservation system is accurate and up to date
  

• Provide a polished, welcoming first impression and attentive service throughout the guest experience
  

• Assist with to-go orders, including taking orders, verifying accuracy, and processing payments
  

• Communicate clearly with servers and management to support seamless operations
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  

Qualifications

• Prior host/hostess or reservation management experience required
  

• Experience managing high-volume service (100 150+ covers) strongly preferred
  

• Professional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills
  

• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  

• Team-oriented with a strong focus on guest experience
  

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
