A successful, high-volume restaurant operation is seeking a Hospitality Manager to help lead day-to-day operations with a strong focus on guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence. This is a confidential search for a well-known national concept with a proven track record of stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Ensure consistent execution of service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards

  • Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders

  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management

  • Assist with daily operations including opening/closing procedures and shift execution

  • Monitor labor, food costs, and operational controls to meet performance goals

  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies

  • Serve as a visible leader on the floor, engaging guests and supporting the team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (hospitality, casual dining, or high-volume concepts preferred)

  • Strong guest-first mindset with a passion for service and team culture

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
