Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
• Proven experience in hospital medicine or pediatric inpatient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations with professionalism.

• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Skills in neonatal or emergency pediatric care.
• Familiarity with hospital-based procedures and diagnostics.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hospitalist or pediatric inpatient experience.
• Current American Board of Pediatrics certification.

• Availability to start on December 31, 2025.
• Active state medical license and relevant hospital credentials.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including call shifts (~10 days per month).
• Willingness to participate in rotating call schedules, including weekends and after-hours coverage.
• Documentation of all overtime and callback hours on timesheets.
