Our organization is seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented Consulting Hospital Practice Coordinator III to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your healthcare experience, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to impact the delivery of healthcare services in a fast-paced, challenging environment. As a Consulting Hospital Practice Coordinator III, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of clinical practice activities within the hospital, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience by improving care delivery, patient satisfaction, and overall hospital performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of clinical practice activities, including appointment scheduling, ancillary services, and surgical scheduling.
  • Utilize EPIC or equivalent healthcare systems to manage patient records, track patient progress, and streamline administrative processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical practices, in collaboration with medical staff and hospital management.
  • Provide bilingual support, including Spanish translation services, to ensure effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clinical practices to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the hospital.
  • Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience with appointment, ancillary service, or surgical scheduling, or a combination of all three.
  • Proven experience with EPIC or equivalent healthcare systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to improving patient care and enhancing patient experience.
