Job Details
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase awareness and utilization of our hospice services among healthcare providers, patients, and families.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and administrators, to educate them about our services and the benefits of hospice care.
3. Conducting regular outreach activities, including presentations, workshops, and educational sessions, to promote our services and to educate the community about hospice care.
4. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless transition for patients and families from hospital or nursing home to hospice care.
5. Tracking and analyzing marketing efforts and outcomes to determine the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, and making adjustments as necessary.
6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact our services or marketing efforts.
The Hospice Marketing Liaison position must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in outreach and healthcare marketing, preferably in a hospice or palliative care setting.
2. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and initiatives.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience.
4. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
5. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, as well as standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
6. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
7. A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
