A bit about us:
We’re working with a growing service company in the Lincoln, NE area that is looking to add a Hood Cleaning Technician Foreman to their team. This role is responsible for leading a crew performing commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning (hoods, ductwork, fans, and filters) in restaurant environments.
The position involves overnight work, leading service routes, and hands-on cleaning using pressure washing equipment and degreasers, while ensuring jobs are completed safely and up to industry standards.

They’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead and manage a small crew while working alongside the team
- Perform and oversee cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems end-to-end
- Ensure proper job setup, safety, and quality control
- Communicate with customers and internal leadership
- Manage equipment, vehicles, and supplies
Ideal background includes:
- Experience in hood cleaning, pressure washing, construction, or similar hands-on trades
- Prior leadership or foreman experience
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Ability to work overnight schedules and climb ladders/rooftops
- Strong reliability and work ethic
