Responsibilities Include:

- Meeting the total needs of the residents on the unit through the development and utilization of the nursing staff.
- Ensuring the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.
- Properly utilizing resources (personnel and equipment) throughout the facility and making independent decisions in meeting these responsibilities.
Qualifications Can Include:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school or a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia.
- CPR/BLS certified.
- Current TB test.
- Satisfactory background check & professional references.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices/procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertains home care.
