Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Port Chester, NY & surrounding Westchester areas (Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison, Mamaroneck)

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Per diem | Day shifts (6–12 hours)
Pay Type: Weekly direct deposit

Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency in New York, is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem positions in Port Chester and nearby Westchester communities. • Maintain client safety, dignity, and independence

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Minimum of 1 year HHA experience

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Driver’s license preferred (drivers strongly encouraged)

NY State Health Requirements:

• Physical exam within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
