ACCU Staff: - Home Health Aides Needed

As a Home Health Aide your essential duties are as follows:

• Accompany patients to their doctor visits, carry charts, take notes, and push wheelchair.

• Assist with patient's personal care needs, i.e. personal hygiene, etc.

• Document services provided in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company policy and personal care plan. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist in a timely manner.

• Carry out other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications: MUST have current HHA certificate

Work hour: Monday-Friday, irregular hours depend on the clinic trips, weekends/ holidays.

Pay: $17 per hour

Ability to Relocate: 

Woodside, NY 11377: Relocate before starting work (Required)
