Job Title: Caregiver – 12-Hour Shifts

Locations Served: Conroe, Montgomery, Houston, Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands and surrounding areas

Pay: $14–$16/hr | 12-Hour Shifts Available | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for 12-hour shifts, including part-time and PRN opportunities. These roles are ideal for individuals who prefer longer, consistent shifts while building strong, one-on-one relationships with clients.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you'll make a meaningful impact during extended shifts by:

· Providing companionship and emotional support

· Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)

· Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping

· Ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the day

· Building strong, consistent relationships with clients and their families

What We're Looking For

· Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA preferred

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Dependable, patient, and able to manage longer shifts

· Compassionate, professional, and attentive

· Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

· Ability to pass a background check

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

· Bilingual skills are a plus
