• Manage all phases of high‑end retail build‑outs and renovations, ensuring flawless execution from planning through turnover
• Coordinate closely with luxury retail brands, architects, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain design intent and tight schedules
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and premium‑quality standards expected in fast‑track retail environments
• Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports to leadership, brand partners, and project teams
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements across all retail construction sites
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep high‑visibility openings on track
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear, proactive communication with all internal and external partner
• Oversee procurement of specialty materials, fixtures, and millwork critical to luxury retail finishes

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction project management processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
