The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment. This is not a clipboard role — it’s a leadership seat where you’ll:
- Lead by example on the shop floor
- Drive team culture, production, and profitability
- Manage KPIs, scheduling, dispatching, and shop flow
- Mentor service advisors and technicians to record-level performance

The Right Candidate
- 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive shop
- Strong understanding of KPIs, gross profit, and accountability
- Proven success leading service advisors and technicians
- Confident managing dispatching, scheduling, and shop operations
- Comfortable working 60–65 hours per week, including weekends as needed
- Leads with standards, structure, and consistency
- European car experience is a plus, but strong operators from any high-volume background are welcome
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses tied to gross profit and team performance
- On-Target Earnings: $150,000–$160,000+
- High performers earn like high performers — no cap on growth
