The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment. This is not a clipboard role — it’s a leadership seat where you’ll:

  • Lead by example on the shop floor
  • Drive team culture, production, and profitability
  • Manage KPIs, scheduling, dispatching, and shop flow
  • Mentor service advisors and technicians to record-level performance

The Right Candidate

  • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive shop
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, gross profit, and accountability
  • Proven success leading service advisors and technicians
  • Confident managing dispatching, scheduling, and shop operations
  • Comfortable working 60–65 hours per week, including weekends as needed
  • Leads with standards, structure, and consistency
  • European car experience is a plus, but strong operators from any high-volume background are welcome

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonuses tied to gross profit and team performance
  • On-Target Earnings: $150,000–$160,000+
  • High performers earn like high performers — no cap on growth
