Job Title: Hermetics Operator

Position Overview
Keysight is seeking a highly motivated Hermetics Operator to support hermetic assembly operations in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams including engineers, maintenance technicians, and management.
The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a positive team-oriented attitude that supports both personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lower-level parts for hermetic assembly processes
- Prepare and load components into appropriate belt furnaces
- Initiate, monitor, and control hermetic processing operations
- Inspect assembled parts for defects and cosmetic quality
- Handle delicate and small components with precision and care
- Follow formal and informal processing instructions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
- Work overtime as required based on business needs (compensated per Colorado state law and company policy)
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in an assembly or manufacturing role, consistently meeting or exceeding customer requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Metrology or measurement tooling
- Critical cosmetic inspection
- Handling delicate and/or small parts
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop skills and increase proficiency over time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, retain, and follow detailed work instructions
- Ability to read engineering prints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) methodology
