Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for IT hardware, software, and network issues across office and manufacturing environments.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems impacting production systems, shop floor PCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Log, track, and prioritize support requests and incidents using the IT service management system.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on IT equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams or external vendors for advanced resolution.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and basic application support.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Experience supporting manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., ERP, MES) and industrial shop-floor hardware.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or SCADA software.
• Familiarity with industrial hardware such as barcode scanners, label printers, and thin clients.
• Understanding of operational technology (OT) environments and their unique IT support needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity in a production or plant setting.
