Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing-specific equipment, including shop floor PCs, HMI terminals, barcode scanners, and label printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, industrial PCs, and peripheral devices for manufacturing operations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for critical business and manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Respond promptly to critical production system outages to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and contribute to the IT knowledge base to ensure efficient problem-solving.
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized IT teams or external vendors when necessary.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Experience with common business applications and familiarity with manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with industrial printers, barcode scanners, and shop floor PCs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage support requests, understanding the impact of IT issues on production.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
- Familiarity with industrial hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, ruggedized devices).
- Understanding of production processes and the critical impact of IT downtime in a manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience working in a factory or production environment.
