Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for IT hardware, software, and network issues across office and shop floor environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing-specific systems, including HMI, barcode scanners, and production line workstations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
- Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents promptly, documenting all actions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with basic network connectivity issues for production equipment and ensure reliable operation of shop floor IT infrastructure.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized operational technology (OT) teams as required.
- Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on critical IT assets to minimize downtime in production.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware (PCs, printers, industrial devices) and software (Windows OS, MS Office, ERP/MES).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of supporting users in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Experience supporting manufacturing-specific hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, shop floor terminals).
- Ability to prioritize and resolve critical issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, ERP systems, quality management software).
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments or industrial control systems (ICS).
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting, adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience with specialized industrial hardware such as barcode scanners, label printers, or ruggedized PCs.
