Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for IT hardware, software, and network issues across office and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with specialized manufacturing hardware including industrial PCs, barcode scanners, and label printers on the shop floor.
- Support and maintain critical manufacturing systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and production line software applications.
- Respond to and resolve network connectivity issues impacting production equipment and operational technology (OT) systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, peripherals, and software for manufacturing personnel.
- Log, track, and prioritize IT incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff with clear documentation.
- Conduct routine IT asset inventory and preventative maintenance checks on shop floor technology to ensure operational readiness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of IT networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES) or industrial IT hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP systems like SAP).
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
- Basic understanding of industrial networking concepts or protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
