The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, specifically including shop floor PCs and manufacturing-specific applications.
  • Respond promptly to production-critical incidents to minimize operational downtime and ensure manufacturing continuity.
  • Log, prioritize, and escalate support tickets using an IT service management system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and installations of IT equipment across office and production environments.
