Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with specialized manufacturing equipment IT components (e.g., PLCs, HMI, barcode scanners, production line PCs).
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, labelers, and other peripherals on the factory floor and in administrative offices.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors.
- Assist with the deployment and support of manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., MES, ERP modules, quality control software).
- Perform routine IT asset inventory and maintenance checks for all manufacturing and office IT equipment.
- Document IT procedures, resolutions, and system configurations relevant to the manufacturing environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware (e.g., PCs, printers, industrial peripherals) and software (e.g., Windows OS, MS Office, manufacturing-specific applications) issues.
- Strong understanding of basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, industrial connectivity).
- Familiarity with IT support within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems and knowledge base documentation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, ERP, CAD).
- Familiarity with industrial hardware such as shop floor terminals, barcode scanners, or specialized printers.
- Basic understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments or industrial networking concepts.
- Knowledge of common manufacturing processes and terminology.
