Role Overview
The Collaboration Support Specialist will assist the Senior Collaboration Specialist in ensuring the seamless operation of all audiovisual (AV) systems and meeting room technologies across the organization. This role is critical to delivering high-quality meeting experiences and supporting both executive and team collaboration efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesAV Systems & Meeting Room Support
- Setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support for:
- Video conferencing systems
- Displays and projectors
- Microphones and audio systems
- Control panels in standard conference rooms, huddle rooms, and divisible training rooms
Technical Support
- Provide technical support for executive and general user populations when not engaged in AV or event support
- Ensure smooth execution of meetings and events through proactive monitoring and management of AV systems
- Deliver responsive, high-quality user support to maintain operational excellence
