Heavy Equipment Operator

Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Lull Operator for a Commercial project in Waterbury, CT. This is a great Long Term opportunity for steady work!

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a Lull

• Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects

• Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes

• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew

• Perform daily equipment inspections

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of construction experience(preferred)

• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 certification, CT Hoisting License(REQUIRED)

• Strong communication skills

• Commitment to safe work practices

Pay & Benefits:

• $35-42/hr
