- Source and engage healthcare professionals using cold calling, social media, job boards, and internal databases
- Screen and qualify candidates for client needs, evaluating skills, experience, and fit
- Present and recommend candidates to clients with confidence and clarity
- Build and manage a strong, active talent pipeline
- Negotiate compensation packages, travel logistics, and placement details
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive success and overcome challenges
- Contribute to market intelligence to support business development efforts
- Follow up on marketing leads and supporting outreach initiatives
