You’ll step into a full-cycle recruiting role focused on identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality healthcare professionals. This is a commission-driven opportunity where you own your pipeline, control your production, and build long-term client partnerships. In-office collaboration is preferred, with hybrid flexibility available after ramp-up and performance benchmarks.
