Position Summary
The Financial Consultant supports strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role partners with leadership to drive decision-making through financial insights, modeling, and performance analysis.

Type: Full-Time (40 Hours)
Shift: Days - Monday- Friday (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports
- Analyze KPIs and financial performance, identifying trends and risks
- Support business development and operational decision-making
- Collaborate across departments to align financial and organizational goals
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
Licensure/Certification:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience.
Experience:
Four (4) years of experience in financial analysis and planning, accounting, reimbursement, public accounting, philanthropic accounting/finance or consulting. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Computer experience required with an emphasis on spreadsheet and database programs.
