Role Overview
- Experience Level:5th–10+ Year Attorneys
- Practice Focus: Health Care Litigation
- Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento, CA
- Work Model: Hybrid / office-flexible by location
Practice Focus & Responsibilities
Attorneys in this role will manage multiple active litigation matters and handle sophisticated health care-related disputes, including:
- Health care regulatory and compliance litigation
- Payor-provider disputes
- Managed care and reimbursement litigation
- Licensing, operational, and enforcement-related matters
- Complex commercial and business litigation involving health care entities
Note: This role does not involve medical malpractice defense.

Requirements
- Current State License
- Direct health care litigation experience (excluding med-mal)
OR - Strong complex commercial litigation background with demonstrated interest in health care law
- Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong legal writing, motion practice, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team
