Role Overview

• Experience Level:5th–10+ Year Attorneys
• Practice Focus: Health Care Litigation
• Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento, CA
• Work Model: Hybrid / office-flexible by location

Practice Focus & Responsibilities

Attorneys in this role will manage multiple active litigation matters and handle sophisticated health care-related disputes, including:

• Health care regulatory and compliance litigation
• Payor-provider disputes
• Managed care and reimbursement litigation
• Licensing, operational, and enforcement-related matters
• Complex commercial and business litigation involving health care entities

Note: This role does not involve medical malpractice defense.

Requirements

• Current State License
• Direct health care litigation experience (excluding med-mal)
  OR
• Strong complex commercial litigation background with demonstrated interest in health care law
• Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong legal writing, motion practice, and case management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team
