Red Clover is a New Jersey based outsourced strategic Human Resources firm managing the recruitment process on behalf of a client.

Tarisio is the leading international venue for fine instruments and bows. Launched in 1999, Tarisio revolutionized the market by combining first-class expertise, the efficiency of online bidding, and a firm commitment to ethics and professionalism. Our goal is to make buying and selling instruments increasingly accessible for musicians, patrons, dealers and collectors. We have offices in New York, London and Berlin, and conduct seven auctions per year as well as year round private sales of high value items, selling more than 3,000 fine instruments and bows annually to a truly global market.
Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, the Head of NY Production serves as the operational and administrative leader at our New York office. They are responsible for ensuring the New York offices run efficiently, sustainably and in alignment with Tarisio’s mission to make buying and selling instruments increasingly accessible for musicians, patrons, dealers and collectors. As a key member of the organization, the position oversees day to day operations, finances, facilities, our onsite workforce, and compliance while contributing to long-term organizational culture and external partnerships. They are a pivotal part of creating and maintaining a healthy internal environment for staff and maintaining a strong external presence for the organization. 

This position will also be integral to the success of the upcoming restructure of T2 auctions, helping to build efficient new processes while developing and managing a new location.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the execution of T1, T2, and Private Sales from planning through post-sale processes, ensuring effective coordination across production and logistics
  • Oversee and align production workflows across cataloguing, photography, lutherie, condition reporting, and logistics to support quality, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Monitor progress, identify and resolve operational challenges, and act as a point of contact for time-sensitive issues
  • Maintain oversight of pre-sale CMA tasks and auction configuration within back-end systems to ensure accuracy and auction readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement of workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and clarity across production functions
  • Lead, manage, and develop production staff across T1, T2, and Private Sales, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Provide operational leadership and sound judgment during peak periods and in the absence of senior leadership
  • Oversee off-site T2 production operations and serve as an escalation point as needed
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, vendors, and onsite IT systems to ensure tools and workspaces are reliable and fit for purpose
  • Oversee the accurate movement, tracking, and presentation of inventory across locations, including the vault and showroom
  • Coordinate supporting production activities, including catalog reviews, certificates, dendro scans, and packing workflows, to ensure auction readiness
  • Enforce high standards of accuracy and presentation across production deliverables, including final catalogue review and sign-off prior to publication

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field
  • 5+ years of executive level operational experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with (Main Tech Stack for Tarisio)
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing teams
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Experience building, maintaining and growing relationships w/ staff, stakeholders, and clients
  • Skilled in streamlining processes and managing daily business activities
  • Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and deal with high-volume situations
