As Head of Marketing – North America, you will own the marketing strategy for Kepner‑Tregoe’s largest and most influential region. This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on brand strength, demand generation, and commercial outcomes. You will partner closely with North America Sales and Delivery leadership, as well as Global Marketing, to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who wants true strategic ownership, paired with the ability to remain hands‑on and see ideas move quickly from concept to market.
Scope & Impact
- Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for North America
- Serve as the senior marketing partner to North America Sales and Delivery leadership
- Lead and develop regional marketing resources (direct and matrixed)
- Manage regional marketing investment priorities to maximize business impact
- Shape how the Kepner‑Tregoe brand shows up across the North American market
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Translate business objectives into a clear, focused North America marketing strategy
- Identify priority industries, buyer segments, and growth opportunities
- Use market intelligence, performance data, and customer insight to continuously refine strategy
Brand & Demand Generation
- Design and execute integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand positioning and generate revenue‑producing demand
- Own demand generation performance across digital and social channels, with accountability for pipeline contribution and lead quality
- Localize and activate global campaigns to ensure relevance and impact in the North American market
Content, Communications & Thought Leadership
- Develop high‑impact marketing communications, including press releases, client‑focused campaigns, and internal communications
- Oversee video concepting, production, and editing for the North American market
- Support the strategy, production, and promotion of the Kepner‑Tregoe podcast, The Knowing Edge
Marketing Operations & Insight
- Leverage marketing automation and performance analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline outcomes
- Direct market research and business intelligence efforts to inform decision‑making
- Develop industry‑specific marketing materials for targeted sectors

Compensation
Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and Kepner‑Tregoe’s benefits package. The annualized base compensation for this role is between $75,000 and $95,000, depending on experience.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service; paid time off; and eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
Additional Information
Kepner-Tregoe (KT) is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. This position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office) local to our office. The position does require travel from time to time and reports to the General Manager of North America.
