We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team in the Apparel industry. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive our brand forward, leveraging their expertise in Paid Media, Content, User Generated Content (UGC), and Marketing Budget management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share.
2. Directing and overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including Paid Media, Content, UGC, and Marketing Budget.
3. Managing and coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across all platforms.
4. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ methods to define and strengthen our unique selling propositions and differentiators.
5. Leading and managing the marketing team to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
6. Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive customer acquisition and retention.
8. Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to report on ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Ensuring that the brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
2. Proven experience in managing Paid Media, Content, UGC, and Marketing Budget.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and translate business goals into marketing plans.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
8. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
