Head Chef Premium Wagyu Steakhouse
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-end steak restaurant featuring Full-Blood Wagyu sourced directly from the owner s local ranch.
This is not a traditional steakhouse where steak is simply plated and served. We are building a concept focused on innovation, presentation, and experience-driven dining. We want a chef who can create bold, modern, and memorable ways to showcase premium beef.
Develop a creative, experience-forward Wagyu menu
Reinvent traditional steakhouse expectations
Lead kitchen operations and team development
Manage food cost, labor, and inventory
Oversee premium beef butchery and preparation
7+ years culinary experience
Strong steakhouse or fine-dining background
Experience with premium beef (Wagyu preferred)
Proven ability to build dynamic, profitable menus
Leadership and execution discipline
