Head Baker

This is a full-time management role where you'll oversee daily production and mentor a team of bakers. If you love early mornings, working with your hands, and crafting everything from sourdough to bagels to brioche pastries, this could be your next opportunity.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage a team of bakers with direct report responsibilities
  
• Oversee production of bagels, baguettes, sourdough, rye, buns, cookies, brownies, and brioche-based pastries
  
• Ensure quality and consistency across all baked goods
  
• Manage workflow and scheduling for early morning baking shifts
  
• Collaborate with the broader Trades Delicatessen team to meet daily production needs
