HATCHERY Support Coordinator

- Provide administrative and clerical support to hatchery operations through routine but varied duties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hatchery operations.
- Coordinate scheduling, data entry, and reporting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
- Assist with scheduling egg set and chick delivery timelines.
- Accurately enter hatchery production data (egg counts, chick counts, mortality rates) into internal systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of office or clerical experience, ideally in an agricultural or production environment.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with precision, supported by strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends and holidays;
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Base hourly salary range of [$17-$23];
