We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman who takes pride in quality work and can handle a variety of repair and renovation tasks. This is NOT a full-time job; it is based on the jobs we have, yet it is steady. We need someone dependable who can work independently, solve problems, and help keep projects moving.
If you enjoy doing good work on a contract basis and want steady projects without drama, and getting paid on time, we’d love to talk.
Compensation:$25 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:
- General handyman work (repairs, replacements, installations)
- Drywall patching and minor finishing
- Painting and touch-ups
- Basic plumbing and electrical (non-licensed tasks)
- Flooring repairs/installations
- Trim and door adjustments
- Fixture installation
- Light demolition and prep work
- Punch list completion
- Materials pickup and job site organization
- Keeping projects clean, safe, and moving
Qualifications:
- Highly experienced across many trades
- Hard-working, dependable, practical
- Not overly concerned about title or corporate structure
- Takes pride in doing things right
- Grounded personality
- No need for forward-thinking upside — just want solid work
- Shows up when they say they will
