Ultimate Granite and Stone is searching for a skilled Hand Fabricator & Installer to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in transforming raw stone into stunning countertops and other features for our valued customers.

This position is a unique blend of hands-on fabrication and meticulous installation. You'll:

• Hand Fabricate: Utilize your expertise with hand tools, grinders, and polishers to create and finish natural and engineered stone countertops and projects according to precise specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of construction principles and hands-on skills for countertop fabrication. Maintain precise dimensions within a tolerance of 1/16" for a seamless fit.
• Installation: Ensure flawless installations that meet our clients' needs and exceed expectations.
• Physical Strength: Maintain good physical fitness to lift and carry completed countertops.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, fostering positive client interactions throughout the entire project.
• Adaptability: Think on your feet! Effectively problem-solve and adapt to unforeseen circumstances to ensure project success.

To be successful, you'll have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in natural stone fabrication and installation (or relevant experience).
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, grinders, polishers, and other equipment used in stone working.
• Excellent craftsmanship skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• A commitment to safety and a clean work environment.
