Compensation & Housing

• $1,300–$2,000 per week (approximately $70K–$100K seasonalized)

• Paid weekly (tips included)

• Staff housing available ($600/month, utilities included)

Schedule

• Full-time, evening service

• 5 shifts per week

• Seasonal commitment (Spring–Fall)

The Role

• Lead wine service and manage the cellar

• Provide thoughtful pairings and polished guest guidance

• Train FOH staff on wine knowledge and service standards

Requirements

• Fine-dining or Michelin-level experience

• Strong wine knowledge and cellar management skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
