• Excellent communication and retail sales skills.
• Experience mentoring or training team members is preferred.

• Provide expert hair styling services, including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity.
• Perform advanced coloring techniques using your color theory knowledge to achieve desired results safely and effectively.
• Apply hair and eyelash extensions, and perform hair threading to enhance client looks.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Offer professional advice on hair care routines and product recommendations.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
• Mentor junior stylists and share techniques in hair styling, nail care, and customer service.
