Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$35 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry.

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Benefits:

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Qualifications:
- Valid TX Cosmetology License
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Team Player
- Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants.
Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide quality haircuts, in a timely matter, in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and use the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer to ensure that they return to our salon.
- Follow all state board regulations for safety and sanitation. This includes helping with daily salon cleaning tasks.
