This full-time position entails overseeing various clerical, human resource, and payroll operations for our Canadian location, while operating from our headquarters in Pittsburgh. The role requires fluency in both French and English, alongside exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities include the setup and maintenance of employee files, payroll processing, and compiling reports from personnel records. The candidate will play a key role in facilitating HR-related issues and recruiting efforts in collaboration with the corporate HR team. Experience with ADP software and knowledge of Canadian employment law are advantageous. Occasional travel to Canada will be expected.
