Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Formulation Technician for a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Englewood. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career in a clean, controlled, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate formulation and sterilization equipment (e.g., stir plates, balances, pH meters, autoclaves).
- Follow SOPs, batch records, and documentation procedures in a cleanroom environment.
- Prepare accurate cGMP-compliant documentation.
- Perform cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance of cleanroom equipment and supplies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or safety concerns.
- Assist with training and support cross-functional production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of aseptic technique, formulation, or cleanroom processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet gowning requirements for sterile production.
