Job Title: Guidewire Technical Business Analyst
Overview / Summary:
We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst with strong technical and business analysis skills to support requirements gathering and solution design. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with Guidewire PolicyCenter capabilities, translating requirements into functional, technical, and integration specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
- Produce clear requirements artifacts, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping.
- Translate business needs into Guidewire PolicyCenter-aligned functional, technical, and integration requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including writing clearly, managing conflicts, and supporting decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong business and technical analysis skills.
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including familiarity with product model, jobs, rules/workflows, entities, UI patterns, configuration lifecycle, and underwriting issues.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in personal Auto or Property domains, with knowledge of rating/coverages, underwriting rules, policy lifecycle, endorsements, renewals, and billing/claims touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
