Active California Bar license in good standing
2+ years of family law litigation experience
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills
Experience with RFOs, DVROs, discovery, and law & motion
Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences
Draft and argue RFOs, motions, and DVROs
Oversee pleadings, discovery, and case strategy
Communicate with clients and prepare them for court
Work closely with staff to ensure high-quality case management
We are seeking a driven, disciplined family law attorney who:
Enjoys courtroom litigation and client advocacy
Is confident handling contested hearings
Can manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
Is professional, organized, and client-focused
Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required
Is not afraid to take ownership of outcomes
