We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground‑up projects in Monroe, New Jersey, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Description
- Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on ground‑up construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce all safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant job site.
- Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on‑site work.
- Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, inspections, and workflow to maintain job progress.
- Problem‑solve construction issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Utilize Procure and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to monitor budget, timelines, and quality standards.

A successful Ground Up Superintendent should have:
