Position: Olson Outdoors Greenhouse/Goat Worker Requirements: Lifting requirement 50 lbs. Exposure to extreme temperatures extensive pushing and pulling extensive sitting and walking Frequent stooping or bending over repetitive movements Job description: Duties include greenhouse planting/production, watering, fertilizing, loading and unloading of product off rack. Rotate product. Maintain rows of product including providing water and nutrients. Spacing and stocking greenhouse. Upkeep and cleanliness of the greenhouse. Maintain the health and condition of livestock. Provide pastures and fodder to maintain appropriate nutritional levels. Moves livestock to optimize feeding opportunities. Maintain sheds and cages, and grow fodder for livestock. Maintain fences, equipment, and water supply systems. Assist maintenance crew, gather fodder. Anticipated hours of work per week: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday Anticipated period of employment: 3/15/2025 - 12/15/2025 Application deadline: 7/30/2025 Job location: Broomfield, CO Pay: $17.84/hour Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers.
