Grazologist | Charcuterie Board Decorator

Graze Craze is an up-and-coming, dynamic and exciting food brand in the marketplace. Our high-end charcuterie take-out and delivery food service concept is currently expanding throughout the US and abroad with its newest location in the Sandy Springs area.

Graze Craze is looking for multiple team members for our entry level Grazologist position to perform in-kitchen food prep and decorating of our charcuterie boards and boxes. With opening a brand-new store, we need team members with experience in food and beverage today!

Our store in Sandy Springs closes at 6:00 PM with late delivery/catering by appointment only.

Responsibilities

• Artfully decorate and arrange catering and made-to-order food baskets.
• Ensure each basket meets high quality standards of visual and edible perfection.
• Build charcuterie boards and boxes with Grazologists.
• Count inventory on a weekly basis.
• Order inventory from all food vendors.
• Work with the team to plan for catering events.
• Communicate with the Manager of any needs with prepping and ordering food and supplies.

Requirements

• 6+ months of restaurant or service experience. Retail experience will be highly considered as well.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Serv Safe Certified (preferred).
